our Afghan Local Police (ALP) personnel have been killed and three others wounded in a Taliban attack in the Qades district of northwestern Badghis province, an official said on Wednesday.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA), District police chief Lt. Col. Mohammad Hanzalah told Pajhwok Afghan News the policemen were delivering supplyies to outposts when they came under Taliban's attack.

He said the injured had been shifted to the main provincial hospital and their condition was stable, but the vehicle they were traveling in was destroyed , he added.

No group has so far claimed responsibility for the clash in Qades district.
