Nimroz traffic accident leaves 4 dead
Four people including three women working for an organization have been killed in a traffic accident in southwestern Nimroz province, officials said on Monday

AVA- Omid Baloch, acting Chakhansor district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident took place in Zaranj city, the provincial capital around 6pm on Sunday.

He said the people were on their way to Zaranj city form Chakhansor district and their vehicle deviated from the road and due to high speed.

Eng Farid Azim, head of provincial rural rehabilitation and development, said the victims were working with an organization that had partnership with the National Charter Program in Nimroz.

He said four individuals, including three women were killed and a fifth one wounded in the accident.

Police spokesman, Mohammad Omar said recklessness and high speed led to the accident.
