One person has been killed while three others have sustained injuries in a clash among Afghan migrants on the Greek island of Lesvos, a news report says.

AVA- With the cause of the altercation among 10 Afghan nationals yet to be ascertained, Greek police have launched an investigation into Sunday’s incident, the Associated Press reported.

The clash occurred at a house near the Moria refugee camp. Over 8,500 refugees and migrants are staying on Lesvos, with 6,600 living in camps having capacity f0r 2,300.
