A suicide bomber detonated his explosives before reaching to a Nawrouz gathering in Karte Sakhi area of Kabul.

Eyewitnesses said that the explosion in police district 3 happened at around 11:00 am on Wednesday.
Nusrat Rahimi deputy for Interior ministry spokesperson told that at Least 26 killed and 18 more wounded in Kabul PD3 suicide attack.
On the other side ministry of public health says at least29 killed and52 wounded in the attack.
Most of the casualities are civilians.
