Suicide Attack Foiled in Laghman: NDS

Mohammad Haroon, a suicide bomber from the Taliban group had reportedly planned to carry out an attack in Mihtarlam, the center of the province.
The NDS said its security forces were able to arrest the suspect before he could carry out his attack.
“The bomber confessed to having planned to target the security forces in Alishing district of the province,” the statement read.
However, the statement did not provide further details.
