Explosion near the western gate of Rural Rehabilitation and Development ministry in PD 6, in Kabul, casualties feared.
AVA- Police confirm at least 5 killed and 20 wounded in suicide bombing at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Darulaman in Kabul city.
This explosion was followed by another blast in Darulaman, in PD6, near the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development. 
The PD6 explosion happened at about 1pm local time while government workers were reportedly leaving their office for the day.
