Afghanistan and Sri Lanka will try to boost their hopes of reaching the knockout stages of the Cricket World Cup when they meet in Pune, India on Monday.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Both teams have two wins and three losses in the current tournament. Afghanistan's victories are against England and Pakistan, and Sri Lanka's victories are against Holland and England.
 
Sri Lanka, however, has better experience in recent fifty-over games against Afghanistan, as it has won the last three games, including an exciting game in the Asia Cup, which it won by only three runs.
 
But the Sri Lankan team suffered more injuries if Lehiro Kumara, the prominent player of this team, will not be present in the match against Afghanistan.
