President Karzai on the way of Germany
According to a statement released by Afghan presidential palace, Afghan president Hamid Karzai on Tuesday left for Germany. 

Karzai trip to Germany is a part of efforts to sign a strategic cooperation partnership with a powerful country with the hope of making a better future for Afghanistan.

President Karzai is also accompanied by a number of high level Afghan govenment officials during his visit to Germany.

The source further added president Hamid Karzai is due to sign a long term strategic cooperation agreement with the German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Germany on Wednesday.

President Karzai will meet with the German officials during his visit to discuss mutual cooperation between the two nation, presidential palace officials said.

The statement issued by Afghan presidential palace also added president Hamid Karzai will fly to United States to attend NATO summit in Chicago.

NATO mission in Afghanistan will be one of the main agenda of the Chicago summit which is due to be held on 21 May 2012.
