A new horizon on art and culture of the country opens

The country's abnormal art-culture situation is so clear that needs no description. Once Afghanistan was famous for producing the cultural products, civilization and knowledge but due to the lack of attention to be paid by government over the recent years has forgotten when it comes to making a list of countries full of art and culture. 

Pitiful state of the art and culture in the country is not an overnight born but resulted from mismanaging of irresponsible officials over a long period of the history.


It is impossible to determine specifically when culture in Afghanistan declined since even in the worst courses of history when Afghanistan nation engaged in crisis like such as war, insecurity and poverty, there were some open minded scholars in the body of the government who steered the art, science and culture automobile go ahead..

Jalal u-Din Muhammad Balkhi, Rabeah Balkhi, Sanaee Ghaznavi, Ibn Sina Balkhi, Khaja Abdullah Ansari, al-Biruni are just few examples of the great and bright star of knowledge and culture of this land who boosted culture and science over the ups and downs periods.. 

What obtained from the written text on the decline of art and culture in Afghanistan say the declining began at the time when Saljooghian and Ghaznavian were ruling Afghanistan and by thirteenth and fourteenth centuries it had approached the worst point. The process continued until eighteen, nineteen, twenty and twenty-one centuries A.D. .

Over 18th and 19th century, when the World was experiencing the greatest developments, discoveries and inventions, Afghanistan was challenging with lies, deceit, coercion, divisive nationalism, language, nationalism, ethnicity and sectarianism so we destroyed our brilliant future, something led to 3 years of miseries.

18th and 19th nineteenth centuries can be called a "National disaster". Still, I do not know why people are still far from the reality and have kept destroying thought of these 2 centuries. Is it not the right time for our people to forget that? Is it not the right time for our people to learn the lessons from that divisive past?

The trend continued until 20th century when the cruel rulers tried to spread the seeds of discord, ethnic, linguistic and racial apartheid..

But despite negative thing 20th century gave our people the opportunity of placing great emphasis on gaining knowledge, establishing cultural and literary centers, opening schools and universities, manufacturing and distributing books, magazines, and media to keep up with the new world although poverty, ignorance, illiteracy and prejudice were still available.

However, the news of an agreement between Afghanistan and Iran Ministry of Culture stipulated establishing "the Arts and Culture Council of the Persian language Speakers" brought hope to cultural infrastructure in the country.
Afghanistan can benefit from the existing capacities and possibilities of art and culture of Iran with a rich shared cultural heritages.

Unlike our country, where for any reason, the arts and culture have been given a little attention; Iran has enjoyed a rich work on art, science and culture. .

Strengthen cultural ties between the people of the region, development of joint programs in science, culture, education and literature and identifying and reviving the shared common can promise our country a bright future of culture, art and science.
