The rocket hit to Herat girl dormitory

Herat girl students' dormitory was hit by rocket.
There was rocket attack shot to girl students' dormitory located in Heart province about ten thirty last night which did not have any human casualties but had other damages. 

At this dormitory staying over 100university girls' students in it, situated in Herat-Engel state and located in the west of Afghanistan.
 
"These rockets were shot from Now Gharea (village) located in Engel province to the girls dormitory which had some constructions damages, but did not have any human casualties"
 Police spokesman in west of Afghanistan,said.

 "No group has accepted the responsibility of this attack yet; however the police are keeping investigating to figure the main charges." aburraoof ahmadi  added. 

This dormitory is in terrible conditions, there fore; the students several times have announced the university authority to change it to another place. "Some decisions will be made about finding a new place as a dormitory." the university manager said expressing his extreme worry on this event.
 
This is the first time in this year that this dormitory hit by rocket.
