9 joint operations carried out across the country by the police

Interior Ministry declared in a news proclamation that 9 joint operations carried out across the country by the police.

It added the operations were carried out with the cooperation of national army, national security and coalition forces in Nangahar, Nourestan, Helmand, Urozgan, Logar, Ghazni, Khost and Heart provinces.

Three insurgents were killed and 9 were detained during the operations.

14 weapons, 2 rocket launchers, 37 mines, a motorcycle and a vehicle were seized by police, according to the proclamation.
