Kazakhstan to send 2500 tons of food products to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid
The Government of Kazakhstan will send more than 2500 tons of food products to to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid.

“The Government of Kazakhstan orders the Ministry of Emergency Situations to de-reserve wheat flour in the amount of 1266 tons, sugar in the amount of 1000 tons, butter in the amount of 189.892 tons from the state reserve,” said in the document for providing humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications was requested to ensure timely delivery of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

The decree signed by Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov on February 13 comes into force from the day of its official signing.
