International Quds Day increases political pressure on the Zionist regime / Islamic unity is the most important way to confront Israel
On the eve of International Quds Day, female cultural activists stated that celebrating this day attracts public attention, strengthens Islamic solidarity, increases political pressure on the Zionist regime, and reflects the crimes of this regime in the media. They say that Muslim solidarity and unity are the most important ways to confront the Zionist regime and support the Palestinian people.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: As the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, which has been named International Quds Day, approaches, cultural activist Marzieh Ebrahimi, in an interview with Ava, considered International Quds Day an important factor in increasing global awareness about the Palestinian issue and emphasized that this day has attracted public attention, strengthened Islamic solidarity, increased political pressure on the Zionist regime, and reflected the crimes of this regime in the media.

He classified the responsibility of Muslims into three levels: individual, collective, and media. At the individual level, he listed raising awareness, providing material and spiritual support to Palestine, fighting against the normalization of relations with Israel, and participating in Quds Day rallies as the main duties of Muslims.

At the collective level, he considered it necessary to adopt firm political positions, sever relations with the Zionist regime, support the Palestinian resistance, and create Islamic unity, and said: The media is obliged to cover Palestinian news fairly and confront the deceptive propaganda of the Zionist regime.

Referring to the silence of some Islamic countries regarding the crimes of the Zionist regime, Ms. Ebrahimi cited factors such as normalization of relations, political and economic dependence, fear of internal instability, differences between Islamic countries, and media weakness as reasons for this approach.

The cultural activist also emphasized the key role of youth, educators, media professionals, and writers in supporting Palestine, and called for their active participation in raising awareness, producing content, holding conferences, and confronting distorted narratives.

In conclusion, Ebrahimi noted that Muslim solidarity and unity is the most important way to confront the Zionist regime and support the Palestinian people.

On the other hand, Fereshteh Ramezani, a cultural activist, also said in an interview with Ava reporter, referring to the importance of International Quds Day: "This day, as a symbol of purity and sanctity on the last Friday of Ramadan, is a good opportunity for Muslims to use it to defend the Palestinian people."

She emphasized that the month of Ramadan should become an opportunity to get closer to God (Glory be to Him) and also defend the ideals of Palestine.

Ms. Ramezani emphasized that some Muslim countries, under the influence of Western culture and brands, pay less attention to Islamic principles, and Muslims should pay more attention to their responsibilities towards Jerusalem and Palestine.

He added that we must do our utmost to defend Jerusalem, the place where the Holy Quran was revealed and Islam began.

The cultural activist also pointed out the role of youth and scholars in raising awareness and promoting Islamic culture, saying that youth should use their capacities to inform future generations. He called on scholars to prepare the new generation to defend Islam and Palestine by promoting reading and raising awareness.

While emphasizing the need to support the Palestinian cause and resist the Zionist regime, Ms. Ramezani stated that these responsibilities should be pursued more seriously, especially on Quds Day.

International Quds Day, which was named after Imam Khomeini (RA), is held every year on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan around the world, and Muslims declare their support for the Palestinian people by holding marches and gatherings.
