A bright horizon in the expansion of Afghanistan
In a special conversation with the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in the Kabul office, political experts assessed the expansion of Afghanistan's political relations with neighboring countries, especially Russia, as promising in the country's political horizon. They also stated that America has been disarmed in Afghanistan and real authority will be achieved in the international arena when the ruling system arises from the will of all the ethnic groups living in the country.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Following the suspension of the ban on the activities of the Islamic Emirate by the Russian Supreme Court, political affairs experts in a special interview with the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in Kabul on Monday, discussed the effects of this Moscow action on the political situation in the country and the opportunities created for Afghanistan and the expansion of relations between diplomatic agencies in order to have the sovereignty of the acting Afghan government recognized by international authorities. They stated that if the balance of relations between Moscow and Kabul is considered in comparison to other regional powers, such measures by any country will be in the interest of Afghanistan and the region.

In this interview, Abdul Reza Soroush, a political affairs expert, stated that after the re-establishment of the sovereignty of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, the diplomatic relations of this system have been informally deepened with the countries of the region, and said: including with Pakistan, Iran, Arab countries, and especially Russia, with which we have recently witnessed a significant expansion of relations.

According to him, Russia's recent steps to develop political relations with Afghanistan are seen as pumping a positive feeling into the country's political horizon, and if this opportunity is properly utilized, it can draw a brighter future for Afghanistan in the security, military, economic, and political dimensions.

He considered one of the beneficial conditions for deepening Afghanistan's political relations with Russia to be managing the balance of diplomatic relations with other countries that are Russia's rivals, and added: If the current Afghan government regulates its relations with Moscow in such a way that Russia's rivals do not see their interests at risk, the expansion of Kabul's political relations with Moscow will certainly be promising.

This political expert considered Afghanistan's neighboring countries, such as China, Russia, Iran, and Pakistan, to have preemptive privileges in supporting the current government, and emphasized: No other country now has the opportunity that these countries have by expanding political and economic relations and can play an effective role in the stability of the region and Afghanistan.

He stated that with the fall of the republican system and the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, the United States has lost its influence in determining the political, security, economic and military destiny of the country. He said: The opportunities that the US previously had in Afghanistan in terms of military, security, political and economic aspects have all been lost today, and in a way, the US has been disarmed in Afghanistan and more cooperation has been provided for regional and neighboring countries.

According to him, the atmosphere of trust that has now formed between Afghanistan and countries such as Iran, China and Russia indicates that the country's diplomatic apparatus has come to understand that Afghanistan, above all, needs to expand relations with countries that have common interests and whose stability depends on the stability of Afghanistan.

Mr. Soroush considered the reason for the prominent influence of regional countries on the political, security and economic situation of Afghanistan to be their proximity, shared interests and in some cases religious and cultural similarities, and added: If the support of regional and neighboring countries for Afghanistan increases, we will definitely witness an improvement in Afghanistan's political situation in the international arena.

Continuing the discussion, Mohammad Baqir Saeer, an expert on political issues, stated that throughout history, underdeveloped countries have usually been influenced by major international powers, and said: After World War II, Afghanistan has been among the countries that have always been influenced by the two powers of Russia and the United States in their international presence.

According to him, all countries regulate their foreign policy based on national interests, so Russia, considering the regional conditions, is trying to somehow manage potential or actual threats from its regional rivals by establishing deep strategic relations with Afghanistan.

Referring to the concessions made by some of Russia's rival powers to the current Afghan sovereignty in recent days, he said: Therefore, Moscow is also seeking to control and contain the threats that it may face in the future from the presence of its rivals in Afghanistan by deepening its relations with the Islamic Emirate.

This political expert considered Afghanistan's authority in the international arena to be dependent on the establishment of a sovereignty based on the will of all ethnic groups residing in the country and emphasized: If governments can benefit from all ethnic groups and strata residing in the country in the composition of governance structures and create a spirit of national cohesion, this will be much more effective than the mere political support of global and regional powers.

According to him, the opportunities provided by countries aligned with the current Afghan government are temporary and temporary; therefore, while the Islamic Emirate takes advantage of these opportunities, more efforts and activities should be made to create national unity and achieve national and international authority.

Emphasizing that the most fundamental component of political stability in countries is the way power is distributed in that territory, Mr. Saeer said: In Afghanistan, given the existing political sociology, a military can represent the will of all ethnic groups residing in the country, so that individuals can participate in building

Referring to the twenty-year republican system in Afghanistan, he said: "The republican system was never accepted by the Afghan people during the past twenty years and was defined and formed based on the interaction and concessions of people like Fahim, Khalili, and Karzai in coordination with Khalilzad."

It is worth noting that in the past three years, the relations of most countries in the region with the current Afghan system have reached the level of official interactions and exchanges, but so far it has not been officially recognized by any country.
