The fourth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Emirate, approaches, political affairs experts emphasized in an interview with the AVA news agency that establishing unified governance and preventing political diversity have paved the way for stability in Afghanistan. They also considered leaving the country alone by the international community to be evasion of responsibility and an immoral act that could have widespread negative consequences.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, approaches, today (Monday, Aug 11), political affairs experts in an interview with the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) listed ensuring security and implementing development projects as major achievements of the Islamic Emirate in the last four years.

Wahid Faqiri, an expert on international relations, stated in an interview with the AVA reporter about the situation in Afghanistan after the rule of the Islamic Emirate: “In these four years, good measures have been taken in the field of security and the situation has improved; "So that the people of the country are no longer killed on a large scale."

Referring to the implementation of development projects, he added that despite these advances, significant progress has not been made in the economic sector and people continue to live below the poverty line and the number of emigrations is increasing.

Referring to the freezing of Afghan assets abroad, this political expert emphasized that this measure has brought many problems to the country, slowed down the trade process and had a negative impact on the economy.

Faqiri pointed to the restrictions and sanctions imposed by the United States and other countries and said that until the Islamic Emirate makes the necessary changes in its social and political programs and policies, these sanctions will continue and the government will not be recognized.

He also emphasized that Afghanistan is part of the international community and the international community has a responsibility towards this country and should not forget this country. Faqiri added that the international community should cooperate with the people of Afghanistan, because they have been present for twenty years, and now leaving Afghanistan alone is evading responsibility and an immoral act.

Political affairs expert Asadullah Nadeem also said in an interview with Ava News Agency that the victory of the Islamic Emirate and the seizure of power, in the first step, indicated the weakness of the previous government, because the republican system was unable to manage the political structure, and this allowed the Islamic Emirate to easily seize power.

He added that one of the most important achievements of the Islamic Emirate’s four years of rule is ensuring security throughout the country and creating safe highways; in a way that people’s property and assets have been protected from usurpation and looting.

Nadeem said that although international sanctions have been imposed against the Islamic Emirate, aid from organizations and some countries has been able to offset some of the effects of these sanctions. According to him, these restrictions and sanctions are mostly political in nature.

Regarding the foreign relations of the Islamic Emirate, he stated: "This government is in interaction with the great powers of the world, but apart from Russia, no other country has recognized it so far. However, the lack of recognition has not prevented the establishment of relations with other countries."

The political affairs expert concluded by emphasizing that a single sovereignty is now established in the country and that by preventing political diversity, a basis has been provided for establishing political stability.
