Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-e-Sharif: The representative office of the Tebyan Center for Cultural and Social Activities held a discourse on "Colonialism until America's Defeat in Afghanistan" with the presence of religious, cultural and media experts. This meeting was held on the anniversary of the escape of American forces from Afghanistan, approaches.
Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Sayed Gulhossein Mousavi, a religious affairs expert, said at the meeting: "America occupied Afghanistan under false pretenses such as fighting terrorism, but it sank into a quagmire and finally fled at night. Despite the plundering of the country’s resources, the resistance of the Mujahideen and the people caused them to retreat.”
He added: “Islamic teachings were the main factor in the Mujahideen’s victory, and popular support for the Islamic Emirate remains strong. Officials should work harder to satisfy the people.”
Tajuddin Khurram, a cultural and media activist in Balkh Province, also referred to the September 11 incident and said: “America entered the country under false pretenses and even targeted the people’s religious and social ceremonies, but it could not break the will of the nation. Today, there is overall security in the country and the people have benefited from this victory.”
The aforementioned person stated that the victory of the Islamic Emirate is the pride of all the country’s residents and everyone benefits from this victory. According to him, overall security has been ensured in the country and there is no security concern anywhere.
Khurram stated that America and its allies entered the country with lies and left the country with shame, and said; American forces were engaged in unbridled activities in Afghanistan.
Sayed Mohammad Javad Omrani, a Mujahideen fighter during the struggle against the Soviet Union, also said at the meeting: “Peace and security were the people’s long-standing aspirations that were realized with the arrival of the Islamic Emirate. America thought that chaos would reign with its departure, but the Islamic Emirate government proved otherwise.”
He added: “For the Afghan nation, religion, honor, and land are valuable and sacred, and any aggression will be met with a decisive response. The country’s cultural situation was dire during the American occupation, but it has now improved.”
At the end of the meeting, experts criticized the global silence on Israel’s crimes in Gaza and emphasized that Muslims must regain their zeal and unity in the face of oppression and aggression.
This discourse was held with the aim of examining the political, cultural, and religious dimensions of America’s defeat in Afghanistan and strengthening the spirit of resistance and awareness among the younger generation.
