Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: Mohammad Reza Mobleb, a university professor, said in an interview with Ava: “Considering the behavior of the Zionist regime in the past, a ceasefire in Gaza will not be 100% guaranteed. I think that after this ceasefire, Israeli aggression will continue as before, but the situation of insane crimes will be prevented.”
Mr. Mublag added that “the recent ceasefire was a political failure for Israel, because it did not achieve the goal of completely destroying Hamas, and the regime was isolated internationally; Netanyahu became a hated figure in the world. The hatred went so far that Trump told Netanyahu that you cannot fight the whole world.”
He also emphasized that “although Israel was hit politically and internationally, the crimes of this regime on the other side (Hamas and Palestine) also caused heavy losses: nearly 70,000 martyrs and thousands injured, and the Gaza Strip was practically destroyed.”
In response to the question of what the global and Muslim support for Hamas and Palestine has been over the past two years, Mr. Mublag said: “Although great pressure was exerted on the Palestinian people and international laws were blatantly violated, unfortunately the international reactions were not as serious as expected; the support remained mostly at the level of condemnation and the necessary practical measures were not taken.”
He added: “Despite the inadequacy of government measures, public support worldwide was unprecedented over the past two years; nations—especially in the Western world—declared their support for the Palestinian people through marches and demonstrations in the millions, which is commendable, but not enough to heal the pain of the people of Gaza.”
Israel’s “humiliating” withdrawal from Gaza
Hajji Mohammad Sadeghi, a religious scholar, also said in an interview with Ava: “The ceasefire between Hamas and Israel is a good move and at least prevents the continued killing of the people of Gaza, but we cannot be sure about its sustainability, because one side of the issue is the treacherous Zionist regime and its supporters, including the United States, and they cannot be fully trusted.”
He considered the initiative for the continuation of the ceasefire in Gaza to be in the hands of the United States, saying: “Trump rushed to hide his support for the crimes of the Israeli regime and also to win the Nobel Peace Prize on this issue, but he did not succeed. Given Trump’s record of reneging on his promises and Israel’s violations of previous ceasefires in Lebanon and elsewhere, they may resort to aggression again under various pretexts.”
Sadeghi considered the ceasefire agreement in the current situation a failure for the Zionist regime, saying: “Israel wanted to destroy Hamas and forcibly release the hostages, but it did not achieve any of these goals and ultimately began a humiliating withdrawal from Gaza. This agreement is also a stain of shame for the major powers that supported Israel.”
He described the Palestinian people as heroic and zealous, adding: “The people of Gaza resisted all difficulties and did not leave their land during two years of relentless aggression. It was this resistance that led to Hamas’ victory over Israel and increased global hatred of Israel; to the point that at the UN General Assembly, during Netanyahu’s speech, representatives of many countries left the hall.”
In conclusion, Mr. Sadeghi noted that in addition to the steadfastness of the people of Gaza, the world did not remain silent in the face of Israel's crimes, and various protests were held in various corners of the world. He emphasized that Hamas is an inseparable part of the Palestinian people and will play a decisive role in the future power structure of this land.
