The thoughts of the martyred Imam revived the Islamic awakening and the anti-arrogance front in the Islamic world
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Dr. Sayed Aqa Hassan Hosseini Balkhi, a university professor and religious scholar, stated that the thoughts and actions of the martyred Imam of the Islamic Ummah have been influential in various areas of Muslim life, and said: "His role in the awakening of the Islamic Ummah is undeniable, and his intellectual and political works will remain in the Islamic world."
He described one of the most important roles of the martyred Imam as an effort to restore the religious and Islamic identity of Muslims, adding that he always emphasized the awareness of Islamic communities about enemies, confronting division, and preventing internal conflicts among Muslims.
This religious scholar considered the study of enemies to be another important axis of the martyred Imam's thought, saying that he directed Muslims towards the main enemy of the Islamic Ummah, namely America and the Zionist regime, and emphasized the need to maintain unity against divisive conspiracies.
Referring to the issue of religious democracy, Dr. Hosseini Balkhi stated that Imam Shahid implemented this model in an Islamic geography in practice and introduced it as an example against Western liberal democratic systems; a model that can be considered for Islamic countries on the path to political and cultural independence.
He added: “Imam Shahid took the Islamic awakening step beyond many of the claimants of this movement and showed that it is possible to create axes of Islamic anti-arrogance forces to defend the Islamic nation, Islamic lands, and the oppressed of the world.”
This university professor called the creation of coherent institutions and formations within the framework of Islamic anti-arrogance forces among other important achievements of Imam Shahid’s thought and said that these structures were formed as a power against the enemies of Islam and Muslims.
Emphasizing the prominent role of the martyred Imam in strengthening Islamic unity, he said that one of the fundamental axes of his leadership was to confront the hypocritical seditions of the enemies and bring the followers of Islamic sects closer to each other.
According to him, the martyred Imam strengthened the spirit of anti-arrogance and rejection of domination in regional developments and always emphasized supporting the deprived and oppressed people of the world, especially the oppressed people of Palestine and Gaza.
Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Hosseini Balkhi also pointed out the role of the martyred Imam in bringing Islamic sects closer together and said: "He emphasized that any Shiite who insults Sunnis is not a true Shiite, and any traditionalist who insults Shiite sanctities has distanced himself from the path of Islam; Muslims must stand together as brothers."
He continued, considering the funeral of the martyred Imam's holy body to have important domestic and foreign messages, and said that this large presence disappointed domestic opponents and showed the United States, the Zionist regime, and their allies that this system is based on the support of the people.
The religious scholar added that the presence of red flags at the funeral ceremony reflects the spirit of resistance and the will of the followers of the martyred Imam to stand against Zionism and global arrogance.
