During the past 24 hour, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted joined offensive operations in order to protect lives and properties of people also defeating the insurgents in different parts of the country that as a result, 43 insurgents were killed and other 11 were wounded.

AVA- This joined operation of the Defense Security Forces was held by supporting of the artillery and air forces in Nangarhar, Kapisa , Paktia , Paktika , Logar , Khost , Ghazni , Maidan Wardak , Oruzgan , Kandahar , Badghis , Baghlan , Faryab , Badakhshan , Kundoz and Helmand provinces.
During these operations, in Dehrawod district of Oruzgan province , 15 insurgents were killed and other 3 were wounded , in Qarabagh , Aaband and Moqor districts of Ghazni , 8 insurgents were killed and other 3 were wounded , in Greshk district of Helmand province , 7 Taliban terrorists were killed , in Dawlat Abad district of Faryab , 6 insurgents were killed .
Similarly , in Emam Saheb district of Kundoz , 3 Taliban terrorists were killed and other 3 were wounded , in Chapa-Dara district of Kunar , 2 insurgents were killed and 1 other was wounded , in Kota-Ushtro area of Maidan Wardak province , 2 insurgents were killed and 1 other was wounded.
In past 24 hours, 20 planed clearing operations, 26 special operations and 2 night raids conducted in 14 provinces, also, Air forces conducted 89 aerial operations supporting Afghan National army including 10 strikes on enemy’s sanctuaries.
Afghan National Army as nation’s defense forces, are ready to give sacrifice to bring peace and security for people and has strong determination to eliminate terror groups.
