The conference was hold after a popular Afghan archeologist, Ustad Ahmad Ali Kohzad, today, November19, in Kabul.
The president praised Ustad Kohzad’s archeological works and described him as the founder of Afghanistan’s contemporary historiography. He further reiterated the review of Afghanistan’s archeology and culture.
“Our archeology and culture require an analysis review which I hope the country’s educated generation should work for its revival”, Mr. Ghani addressed the conference.
Mr. Ghani stated that Afghanistan is the axis of civilizations and owns a very ancient culture. He also described Afghanistan as the epitome of creativity and that it will last further thousands years.
Ahmad Ali Kohzad is a popular Afghan archeologist who had dedicated 50 years of his life to scientific and literary studies, and writing in Persian, Pashto, English, French and Italian.
He passed away in the year 1983.
