Explosion kills eight civilians in Kandahar province
Mine explosion killed eight civilians including women and a child in Southern Kandahar province of Afghanistan on Tuesday .

AVA- Kandahar police department confirmed the explosion that killed four men, three women, and a child.

According to the department, the explosion happened while a civilian car was going from Arghestan district to Maruf District.

Local officials blame armed militants for implanting the mine while none of the groups took responsibility for the incident yet.
