Yesterday, Afghan National Army, Afghan National Police and General Command of Police Special Units conducted a clearance joint operation in Qara Bagh district, Ghazni province.

As a result, 21 armed Taliban were killed and 12 other armed Taliban were wounded.
In the meantime, three vehicles, seven motorcycles and some amount of ammunition were also destroyed during the operation.
No ANDSF member and civilian was harmed.
The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have stepped up Counter-Terrorism operations to suppress the insurgency activities of the terror groups.
