President Ghani confers High State Medal on Gen. Aghbar

The Office of the President, ARG Palace, in a statement said a ceremony was organized in this regard in Gul Khana Palace on Monday afternoon where a presidential decree was also read by senior presidential adviser in cultural affairs Asadullah Ghazanfar.
The statement further added that President Ghani also thanked the leadership of National Olympics Committee for their efforts which have resulted good results in achieving good position on regional and international level.
President Ghani also thanked Gen. Aghbar for his good leadership, specifically thanking Gen. Aghbar for his efforts during the Asian Games where the Afghan athletes had major achievements.
In his turn, Gen. Aghbar thanked President Ghani for his support to sports sector in Afghanistan and for awarding the High State Medal.
