Taliban, ISIS militants suffer casualties in Afghan, U.S. forces operations
Militants affiliated with the Taliban group and the DAESH have suffered casualties during the operations of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces and the U.S. Forces based in Afghanistan.

The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military in the East in a statement said the Special Forces of the 02 Unit in Nangarhar Airbase conducted an operation in Kodi Khel district of Shirzad district, leaving at least six Taliban militants dead.
The statement further added that the operations were conducted with the support of Air Forces.
The U.S. forces based in Afghanistan also conducted airstrikes on factories producing drugs, the 201st Silab Corps said, adding that the airstrikes were carried out in the same district and as a result two factories were destroyed.
In the meantime, the U.S. forces carried out airstrikes against ISIS-K militants in Pacher Agam district of Nangarhar province, leaving at least six ISIS militants dead, the 201st Silab Corps said.
According to the statement released by 201st Silab Corps, the security forces and local residents have not suffered casualties during the operations and airstrikes.
