Afghanistan in mourning after attack kills dozens at religious event in Kabul
Afghanistan declared Wednesday national day of mourning after an attack killed at least 50 people at a religious ceremony in capital Kabul on Tuesday.

The attack was triggered by a suicide bomber in a banqueting hall where clerics gathered to mark birthday of Prophet Muhammad.
Seventy-two more were wounded in the attack which happened inside the Uranus wedding hall located near Kabul airport.
A survivor of the attack told 1TV that there were hundreds of people gathered at the hall when the blast took place.
Footage from the incident showed that the bombing happened as verses from holy Quran were being recited.
Taliban denied involvement in the attack.
President Ashraf Ghani condemned the attack as “un-Islamic” and “unforgivable.”
