Election results in Wardak, Kunar, Samangan, Nuristan, Sar-i-Pul

The latest announcement brings up the total number of provinces whose results have been announced to 18. Results for 15 provinces are pending.
As per timetable, the IEC was required to announce preliminary results for all provinces, excluding Kabul, on November 10, but it postponed it to November 23.
Kabul results were postponed to December 1, but again the IEC failed to announce them.
Officials said that recounting of Kabul votes was not over yet.
New announcement of preliminary results for five provinces:
Winners in Kunar:
Javed Sapai, Shazada Shahid, Nematullah Karyab, Wazhma Sapai.
Winners in Nuristan:
Obaidullah Nuristani, Zahida Faizan
Winners in Maidan Wardak:
Abdul Ahmad Durrani, Abdul Rahman Wardak, Mohammad Mahdi Rasikh, Halima Askari, Hamida Akbari.
Winners in Sar-i-Pul:
Mohammad Akbar Sultan Zada, Asadullah Ayoubi, Sharif Balkhabi, Hamidullah Baig, Aziza Jalis
Winners in Samangan:
Abddalullah Mohammadi, Hayatullah Samangani, Ziauddin Zia, Mahboba Rahmat
