Around 1590 students have been sent to abroad for professional educations
He said: More than 70% developmental budget of MoHE is spent transparently from the beginning FY 1397, and till the end of fiscal year 1397 , the percentage will increase up to 90 percent.
Around 1590 students have been sent to abroad for professional educations,170 professors have completed their masters degrees within Afghanistan, 484 professors and staffs have been sent to study outside Afghanistan for masters degrees & 38 more are sent for PhD programs abroad.
Faisal Amin said: The MoHE strives to ensure the fair distribution of scholarships and to increase transparency in this field.
