Signing MoU on modernization of Traffic System is part of the reforms in Ministry of Interior. For practical combat against the corruption and delivering effective & transparent services, we are at the beginning the process with signing of this MoU.

 Wais Barmak: This system brings reforms, prevents misuse of the revenues and maintains transparency. My message is that without cooperation of the people, no reform and fundamental changes would take place.
