Kabul, Tehran finalize comprehensive cooperation document
 Kabul and Tehran are taking their final step to sign the final document of a joint strategic cooperation agreement.
AVA- Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying the talks on the signing of a strategic document between Iran and Afghanistan have been held within framework of five specialized committees, and two countries have reached final agreement in three committees. 

According to a statement by the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the water, immigration and cultural committees are among the committees in which Iranian and Afghan experts had finalized talks.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Sebghatullah Ahmadi as saying, 'In the discussions of the five committees, we agreed on three committees: water, immigration and cultural committees, and in the other two committees, the security and economic committees negotiations are continuing. But we will continue to negotiate and resolve disagreements.'

Ahmadi stated, 'We have met our target demands, and the Hirmand River Treaty will be fully implemented by both sides.'
