India and Russia exploring joint projects in Afghanistan: Ryabkov
Russia’s deputy foreign minister Sergei Ryabkov has said both Moscow and New Delhi are high concern with the situation in Afghanistan and negotiations are underway since November last year regarding the situation of Afghanistan.

He made the remarks during an interaction with a selected group of journalists during his trip to New Delhi to participate in Raisin Dialogue.
Ryabkov has further added that Russia and India are very muc in sync on the very important issue of Afghanistan.
He also added that the two countries are exploring joint projects in Afghanistan and have held two rounds of talks since November on the situation there.
India is one of the key stakeholders in rehabilitation of Afghanistan and has invested more than two billion Dollars in key reconstruction projects in the country since the fall of Taliban regime.
