Pakistan PM hints at building cancer hospital in Afghanistan
Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday expressed his desire to establish a cancer hospital in Afghanistan.

Khan expressed this after visiting Shaukat Khanam Memorial Hospital in Peshawar, where he visited also two Afghan patients getting treatment.
Addressing a public gathering in Orakzai district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Khan said that the patients had travelled far from Mazar-i-Sharif city.
“I will ask Shaukat Khanam to try their best to build a cancer hospital in Afghanistan so that the patients will not have to travel this far for treatment,” Khan said.
Khan prayed also for peace in Afghanistan, as he said that it has been 40 years since Afghans have been suffering from war.
“If there is peace in Afghanistan, our trade will increase,” Khan said.
Khan also stopped short of repeating his remarks that suggested formation of an interim government in Afghanistan.
“Now I am not giving any advice to the Afghan government, because it would call it interference,” Khan said.
