The informed military sources said Monday that an airstrike killed 2 Taliban fighters in Gomal district of Paktika.
Furthermore, the Afghan Special Forces killed one Taliban fighter during an operation in Deh Bala district of Nangarhar.
In the meantime, a clash broke out between the security forces and Taliban in Anar Dara district of Farah province.
According to military officials, the security forces killed 6 Taliban fighters and wounded 5 others during the clash.
The anti-government armed militants including Taliban have not commented regarding the operations.
