n explosion happened near Shaheed Circle in Kabul’s police district 4 (PD4) at around 4:40 pm on Sunday evening. 
Eyewitnesses said other blasts were also heard from the area.

A spokesman for Public Health Ministry, Wahidullah Mayar, said that their initial findings show that at least six people were wounded in the explosion.
