Afghan security officials have confirmed that at least one person was killed and three other were wounded in an explosion in Balkh province on Saturday.

The spokesman of Balkh Police, Adel Shah Adel told Reporterly that a magnetic bomb attached to a Corolla type vehicle went off earlier on Saturday in PD10 of Mazar-e Sharif city.
According to Adel, all victims of the incident are civilians.
