Four Wounded in Kabul IED Blast
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) confirmed that at least four people were wounded in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Kabul province.
“A Hilux type vehicle hit an IED in Qazi Plaza area of PD9 in Kabul,” MoI said in a statement.

MoI added that the wounded have been transferred hospital.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
