Activities at the Amiri Medical Complex in Kabul have been suspended by the Ministry of Public Health after a doctor at the hospital died of the coronavirus, the Health Ministry’s spokesman, Wahidullah Mayar said at a press conference on Wednesday.

He said that besides the infected doctor, a number of other employees at the hospital have tested positive.
“For now, the hospital’s activities are suspended to take care of the employees, but maybe it will restart its activities after a while,” Mayar said.
