27 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Afghanistan: Total Number Reaches 933
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says at least 27 new cases of the coronavirus were registered in the country during the past 24 hours.
The Health Minister, Ferozuddin Firoz in an opening ceremony of COVID-19 Center in Darlaman Palace said, “308 suspected samples of coronavirus were tested in the laboratories during the past 24 hours which 27 of them confirmed positive.”

He noted that the new cases include 12 cases in Kabul, 7 in Paktia, 4 in Logar, 2 in Herat, 3 in Daikundi and one in Bamyan province.
The Health Minister added that with the registration of the new cases, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country reaches 933.
