During a ceremony on Wednesday, Pakistan’s President Arif Alvi said they want an early and honourable repatriation of Afghan refugees. The president was distributing ration among Afghan refugees in Islamabad who had been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alvi said Pakistan extends the same facilities to Afghan refugees as they do to their own citizens during the pandemic. He also wished them on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr and prayed for peace and tranquillity in Afghanistan and their repatriation to their homes.
