Palestinian leadership has launched diplomatic efforts to fail Israeli designs to annex West Bank lands.

In an interview, Secretary-General of the Palestine Liberation Organization Saeb Erekat said they are working to build an international coalition to block the Israeli annexation plan.    
He said Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is holding contacts with world leaders over the consequences of the Israeli annexation plan.
