Abdul Manan Shiway-e Sharq, the Deputy Minister of Information and Culture survived an armed attack meant for him on Wednesday morning.

Unidentified gunmen attacked Sharq’s car at around 11am in front of the Kabul University Gate.

Sharq was not in the car, but his driver was injured and taken to the hospital.
He said that security forces are already looking for the perpetrators.
