Gunmen Shots University Professor Dead

Ataullah Khogyani governor office spokesperson said the incident took place at 7am this morning (Tuesday) in the Hakimabad area of Khogyani district.
Reports indicate the professor was killed, as he was on his way to work.
Adam was a professor at the Faculty of Pashto literature at the Nangarhar University and has previously served as a professor at Badakhshan University.  
An investigation team has been set to identify the perpetrators, police officials said.
Currently, no individual or group has accepted the responsibility for the assassination.
