He stressed that the people of Afghanistan have gone through 40 years of war; A war that has taken many opportunities from our nation. War is not the solution and the best and most desirable way to maintain the stability of the country and ensure social justice and public participation is understanding and negotiation and peaceful procedure.

According to Akbari, the policy of the commission to follow up on the demands of the Shia community was to respect and respect each other's rights through the method of understanding and peaceful dialogue.

He cited tensions between nomads and ten residents in the central areas and recent terrorist attacks on mosques, training centers and city cars as current immediate concerns of the Shia community.

The leaders of the "Islamic Emirate" later apologized after the incident and explained that the reason for this action was to receive reports about the danger of a terrorist attack.
