Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said in a statement issued on Monday (July 11) that an American-made helicopter that had been destroyed in the past has been repaired and ready to fly.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of the Islamic Emirate had announced that the government had repaired 60 ready-made helicopters and airplanes.
Currently, the Islamic Emirate has around 80 helicopters, most of which were inactive and destroyed during the fall of the government.
On the other hand, after the fall of Kabul, a number of helicopters and airplanes were transferred to Uzbekistan by former government officials, who have so far surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Tashkent.
