The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran arrived in Kabul to discuss border issues with the Afghan side.

Afghan Voice  Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Iran’s Embassy in Kabul in a tweet today Sunday said Mr. Bakdali, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran in the Consular Department, has arrived in Kabul to negotiate with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The Iranian embassy said that the purpose of Bakdali’s trip to Kabul is consular cooperation, making the trips of Afghan citizens to Iran legal, and ensuring the security of common borders.

Earlier, the special representative of the Islamic President of Iran also visited Kabul last week. The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not yet said anything about the visit of the Iranian Foreign Ministry delegation to Kabul.
