By enumerating the commonalities of the Shia community with the Islamic Emirate, Hussaini Mazari considers the opportunity created for the Shia community in Afghanistan as a treasure and believes that this opportunity has provided the basis for growth in the field of culture and economy.
Hosseini Mazari, while emphasizing that an educated society brings stability and security in the country, said; Tebyan Center in Afghanistan has defined two missions for itself; The first is the cultural mission, in the cultural part, we must work first in the discussion of literacy so that all our people can learn literacy.
Second, all our children should study high school and then get a diploma, bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctorate, and then their thoughts, awareness, and knowledge will be improved by using mosques, mosques, and educational centers.
The head of Tebyan Center, along with cultural work, also called the economy one of the important discussions and added: We have decided to shape the economy of families and then grow and develop. For example, let's identify those who know a profession but are currently unemployed, and make them work by providing the raw materials for that profession.
Mazari pointed out that the Tebyan Center has hundreds of staff, managers, officials and active members in most of the provinces of Afghanistan. It has different fields and in this regard, it announced its readiness to interact with Imam Reza (AS) International University and said: Tebyan Center can be a representative of Imam Reza (AS) University and recruit students from this university in Iran, Afghanistan and other countries.
At the end of his speech, Hussaini Mazari called for establishing communication between the Afghan students in the curriculum of Imam Reza (AS) University and this center, so that on the one hand, he can follow up on the students' problems, and on the other hand, to provide the ground for the return of the students to Afghanistan, in order to fulfill their potential.
Further, the President of Imam Reza (AS) University emphasized that our best students are Afghan students who have very high capacity and talent, and said that at the beginning of this university, Afghan students accounted for the largest number of foreign students But with the development of the university's international activities, the number of Afghan students did not grow as much as it should.
With the belief that the admission of Afghan students is of particular importance for this university in terms of the neighborhood that exists, Rezai stated that our priority is to develop cooperation with Afghanistan, and for this reason, we included special capacities for Afghan students.
He announced his readiness to grant scholarships to Afghan students who are introduced by the Tebyan Center, as well as bilateral cooperation and the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Imam Reza (AS) International University and the Center for Cultural and Social Activities of Tebyan.
