Shooting captives in Panjshir/ Ministry of Defense: If proven, the perpetrators will be arrested

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Inayatullah Khwarazmi, the spokesman of the ministry, published a statement on his Twitter page last Saturday (September 17) and wrote: "For several days now, videos have been circulating in the media and social networks that it seems that the Mujahideen in Panjshir province killed the captives of war.
 
He stated: "Of course, there is a serious investigation and investigation going on whether these videos are new or whether they are related to Panjshir province or not."
 
He said: After investigations and investigations, if it is proven that these videos are new and related to Panjshir Province, we will definitely arrest those who tied the captives to the arrows and hand them over to the law.
 
This is despite the fact that a video has been circulating on social media recently showing some people being shot in a brutal way.
 
Social media users claim that these videos are from Panjshir province and ordinary people were shot by the security forces of the caretaker government.
