There is no possibility of US military presence in Afghanistan again
During a virtual interview with journalists, Keren Decker, the charge d'affaires of the US Embassy in Afghanistan, ruled out the possibility of his country's military presence in Afghanistan again and said that his country is willing to talk about it.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Last night (Wednesday, October 5), in a virtual conversation with journalists, he called it difficult to answer the question of whether America might intervene militarily in Afghanistan again; but he said that his country is interested in dialogue.

Dicker emphasized that there is no chance that the United States will intervene militarily in Afghanistan again.

The charge d'affaires of the American embassy said that the country will use all its diplomatic and political efforts so that the Islamic Emirate fulfills its obligations to respect human lives and human rights.

He added that something should be done so that the Islamic Emirate adheres to the standards that are accepted by almost every country around the world.

Dicker said in a part of his statement that he was deeply concerned about human rights in Afghanistan, which, in his opinion, are inseparable from America's security interests.

He called the recent attacks in Kabul, including the explosion in the Kaj School, cowardly and shameful, and said that he expects the Islamic Emirate to fulfill its responsibility to ensure security.

In less than a week, Kabul has witnessed two deadly attacks. 56 people, mostly female students, were martyred in the attack on Kaj School on Friday morning (September 30).

Yesterday, as a result of an explosion in a mosque near the Ministry of Interior, four people were killed and 25 others were injured.
