Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the Western secret services, primarily the United States and England, support the groups opposing the Islamic Emirate and encourage them to fire rockets at the border areas of some Central Asian countries.
He added: We are aware of the dangers and threats related to this matter, and therefore we maintain the necessary level of contact with the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.
Stating that Afghanistan is the most serious security challenge in the region, the Russian president added that it is in our interest to prevent the recurrence of civil war in Afghanistan.
He has demanded the release of the country's assets by requesting the payment of US and NATO compensation to Afghanistan.
Putin emphasized: "In order to normalize the situation in Afghanistan, we must naturally cooperate to help the economic recovery of this country." But above all, we strongly insist on compensating the Afghan people during the years of occupation and unblocking the illegally seized Afghan assets.
It should be mentioned that Russia is one of the few countries that has close relations with the Islamic Emirate.
At the same time, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, also stated at the conference of scholars in Turkey that America's problem is with Islam; their problem is not with us, their problem is with pure political Islam.
