Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Hugo Shorter, Chargé d'Affaires of the British Embassy in Kabul, said that President Putin's statements were based on false information.
He emphasized that Britain does not support those who seek to bring political change in Afghanistan through violence.
"Britain continues to promote stability, human rights and good governance, including through practical engagement with the Islamic Emirate," Shorter added on Twitter.
This is despite the fact that Vladimir Putin said last Friday at the meeting of the heads of the Central Asian countries that the United States and the United Kingdom support the opponents of the Islamic Emirate to shoot at the border of some countries.
