Inamullah Samangani, head of the media center of the government, announced the end of the work of the commission appointed by the prime minister to resolve the conflict between the ethnic groups over residential houses in Khawaja Bahauddin, Takhar province, and said that the decision of this commission was accepted by all parties.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Inamullah Samangani, head of the government media center, announced yesterday, Monday (October 24) in a tweet about the end of the work of the committee appointed by the Prime Minister to resolve the conflict between ethnic groups over residential houses in Khawaja Bahauddin, Takhar province.
 
According to this decision, Pashtuns are recognized as the owners of the houses and according to the order of the leader of the Islamic Emirate, land is distributed to Uzbeks and Tajiks near the settlement.
 
Samangani wrote: "The committee appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to resolve the conflict between the ethnic groups over residential houses and agricultural land in Mohajer Qashlaq, Khaja Bahavuddin District, Takhar Province, today resolved the conflict with the consent of all parties and after the approval of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate officially announced his decision.
 
This official of the Islamic Emirate added that "the decision of the delegation, which was announced in the presence of the governor of Takhar, hundreds of scholars and residents of this province, because the dilapidated houses of the Pashtuns in Mohajer Qashlaq were rebuilt by the Tajiks and Uzbeks, based on the compassionate decree of Amirul Momineen 150 An acre of land near the settlement is distributed between Tajiks and Uzbeks. »
 
He added in his tweet that "in the mentioned land, the place of Eidgah, mosque, clinic and school are also considered.
Also, the dispute over the agricultural land that was between the Uzbeks and the Pashtuns was referred to a special court appointed by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate, which will soon begin its work based on the decree of the Amirul Momineen.
 
It should be noted that in recent months, clashes have occurred between the residents of Mohajer Qashlaq and newly arrived Kochis from Pakistan.
 
After these clashes, a number of local residents have been forced to move.
 
It is said that Tajik and Uzbek families settled in this area during the Mujahideen rule led by Burhanuddin Rabbani. According to sources, the International Organization for Migration had built a house for them.
